Joe and Ela are fantastic people who are currently helping me achieve my aim of accessing and using the full power of my centre. They are great teachers who manage to demonstrate and communicate effective technique and knowledge, giving useful feedback on what I am doing right and what I need to work on. I have 100% confidence that with their help I will achieve my aim.
